The End of the Year

1. My favorite Geology topic was the rock cycle. It was my favorite because it was easy to grasp and easy to understand.

2. My favorite Meteorology topic was water in the atmosphere. I liked this one because it reviews some of the things that I already knew and I learned new things.

3. My favorite Astronomy topic was the Solar System. I like learning about the Solar System because I got to add on to my previous knowledge.

I can't really predict an exact grade for the exam, but I'm pretty confident that I made a pretty high B. I looked over my book and my notes. I wish I would've done my crossword puzzles.

Mars(:

1. The primary gas in the Jovian atmospheres is Hydrogen.

2. The primary gas in Mars and Venus is Carbon Dioxide.

3. If I could visit any other planet, I would visit Mars. Mars may conatain water if we find it somewhere, because there are traces of it in the atmosphere. The atmosphere is much different than Earth's, with Carbon Dioxide being the biggest atmosphereic gas. It may not be good for me to go to a planet that doesn't have Oxygen, but if I could go it would be pretty cool. I'd like to go to see if I can find Martians.

I think my best post was the Wordle Words. It gave me a chance to be creative and memorize vocabulary words at the same time. I enjoyed learning most about chapter was the different atmospheric layers because I grasped it the easiest and I enjoyed learning about what was in each oone and what happened in each one. I believe I deserve a 95% on my blogs this quarter because I did them all and turned them in on time. I tried my best when I sat down and looked back over them.

  1. Tree pollen is affecting us the most right now. The most active tree causing all of our allergy issues is Oak.
  2. The flowering season, and dry windy weather make the perfect storm.
  3. 11Asteraceae looks the best to me because it reminds me of a monster from Monster's Inc. It's commonly found on daisies.

Asteraceae pollen is the fourth largest of the pollen families. Most of it is found on shrubs or mini-shrubs. The way to most clearly recognize it is its inflourecence. Dahlias, zinnias, chrysanthemums, asters, cosmos, and daisies are just a few of the garden plants that you can find this pollen on.

5. From what I've seen, plasma would look like one of those electricity balls you see at the store. When you put your finger on it all of the energy moves to that direction. It would taste spicy and gross. It would be could and smell like cotton candy. Thats how plasma would smell in my opinion.
